Days one and two

of our move across the country. Well, our journey as we cannot go to DC until MidJuly. We stayed in Topeka last night and it was not a great experience, the hotel was well in a word GROSS!!! I know, I know I AM a hotel snob but even easy going Geo was freaked out. LOL

So we were there less than 8 hours and then back on the road. The one good thing they did have is a rest. called Steak and Shake something Cole's loves from FL so him and I went on a date there.

Got up early this morning, and booked on into Indy. Pleasantly surprised here as the hotel and the area ROCKS!!! So instead of doing two nights in PA and trying to do Hershey after driving 3 600 mile days, we decided to stay here two nights. Taking Cole to the Children's Museum here that has a Star Wars exhibit!! He is going to be in heaven!! Plus he got Steak and Shake tonight. He is one happy little guy, just got back from the pool with him, In fact he said staying in  a hotel is better than being at home. Oh the joys of being a kid!!!
